Erica provided EXCELLENT customer svc wit professionalism, care and information. We talked as lf knowing each other for yrs instead of mins lol. Plz gift her wit a reward or sometim cause she sho nuff did a dynamic job and im leaving out wit a refund which I wasn't 100% I would get. Thanks Pam Jones ?

Had a really great experience here, this is my second year filing with them and they are amazing. Martha is really and KeShannia was so helpful and sweet and she made things really easy for me. The manager is also very sweet and nice. No attitudes, Just positive energy! They are really great !

Ms.KeShonnia Lewis and Another Lady Was Very Helpful❤️ And Patient In Helping Me For Two Days , From where a Lady Named MARTHA Had Messed up my information and she was COUGHING DISGUSTING NO MASK and quickly directed me to go Social Security Office for them to straighten out what she had MESSED UP. I really would like to THANK THOSE TWO LADIES THAT HELPED ME AND STRAIGHTEN MY W-2 INFORMATION FOR ME.
