Good quick & quality job for eyebrow threading. Convenient location to get in and out quickly. My only recommendation is that they should use cotton balls to lay brows and apply the lotion/aloe vera after vs. bare fingers for hygiene purposes. The same tech doing my brows was using her fingers to answer the phone and ring up customers.

This store is on par with the other ethnic beauty supply stores in the area. However, I feel like they do not have the range of products and items that their competitors have who are less than 1-2 miles from them. I was greeted when I entered and I was asked by an employee if I had found what I needed. I did find what I was looking for, but it was not the color I needed so I left empty-handed. As I was leaving, I noticed there's a part of the store that has discounted merchandise. This could be good if they have what you need.

They are a clean location with semi high prices. However, it's worth the price because similar hair and beauty supply stores are too far and the savings would be lost in gas. They also keep good stock with a wide variety of brands. I'm happy to see more ethnic options in Hoover.
