I was running a little late for my appointment and the team still welcomed me. I was able to finish some work while I waited and before I knew it, they were waiting on me. The timing was perfect!

Sales person was GREAT!!!! The finance manager, that was a different story. He did what he wanted to do, and didn't disclose to us what he was doing. He didn't follow our requests. Even after we reported this to the Sales Manager, nothing happened. Oh well, live and learn a lesson!!!
