I NEVER write recommendations, but I can no longer ignore the exceptional work, professionalism, and caring this company exemplifies every time I call and need a cleaning (usually the result of a soiling by my German Shepherd). It is a family owned company who treat you as if you are a family member. They understand no one wants to live with soiled carpeting and do their best to work you in to an already full day. They show up on time or call to keep you abreast if running early or late. They are more than fair in their pricing and don’t “up -charge” you when they are there. If you request an additional area (after seeing how great the carpets look) they do their best to accommodate you. Their technicians are courteous and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

They did a good job for us. The carpets looked and smelled clean. It did take a little longer to dry than I thought, but overall it was good. I will call them again in the future.

Heavens Carpet was great! They were fast and overall great quality. They were very informative and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Do not use. Waste of time. Poor management.
We have minor cleaning jobs.
They showed up to give estimate. Gave estimate then didn’t clean rugs and couch, then said they didn’t want to start because rain in the forecast. Took one rug to clean, said they’d clean other rug and couch upon return. Returned and did not clean couch or rugs. Said scheduling issue and to call and reschedule. Called and talked to a rude woman (Ann) who you could barely hear because dog noises in background. They later texted to say sorry can’t clean rugs or couch bc don’t have hoses. All over the span of 3 weeks. Huge disappointment and waste of time. Poor management.

Robert and Albert were fantastic.! They were able to remove some long-standing stains on my kitchen chairs (blood) that other technicians said were permanent. I also had a small hallway of some 20 year old white Berber carpeting that was pretty bad.

Great service, could not be more pleased. The techs were both polite and prompt. The value was great. The carpets looks great. They worked around a special situation we had with a sick kid in the house the day they came. I would recommend them to anyone. A pet we inherited had done some “bad things”. It’s like they never happened! The photos below are of areas where you could easily see stains. I don’t recall the carpet looking this good when we first moved in 2 years ago.
