This is such a wonderful salon. Gracen did my hair and she was outstanding. She really works hard to do what you want. She is also so knowledgeable and so skilled. I highly recommend this salon and Gracen too!

Update: The salon offered me a free shampoo, cut and style with a different stylist and it was fabulous. I've been back a couple of times and am updating my review to five stars! First time experience: The salon space was nice, the person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, but the stylist seemed like she was ready to go home as soon as I walked in. She gave me a dry cut without asking if I wanted a shampoo or even wetting my hair. After she cut my hair and the tiny hairs were all over my face and neck, she removed my smock and was done. I went in for just a simple haircut and blow dry and had the best experience! This was a big deal for me since I moved to Birmingham a few years ago and still haven’t found a new place to get my haircut. Great experience all around from booking the appointment to the actual haircut! I got placed with Riley since I wanted someone with a little more experience, she was super sweet and listened to all my requests! I felt comfortable the entire time and my hair looks fabulous! Very happy with everything!
