If I could give more than "5", I would. Thorough, patient, knowledgeable, sorta punctual = ) , polite and loved on my dog. Couldn't ask for better than that for service/personnel. So glad I have a contract with them.

Adam with Guin Service has the Best customer service and is very professional I wouldn’t use anyone else everyone at Guin have been great and very knowledgeable. highly recommended company

We called Guin to have our generator serviced. We received a text prior to Adam’s visit and Adam arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. It is refreshing to do business with a company that still prioritizes great customer service!
