While the receptionist team could benefit from further customer service training, the overall experience at Grandview Medical Group - Hoover is overwhelmingly positive, with patients expressing satisfaction with the prompt communication, short wait times, and the ability to depend on the clinic for their healthcare needs.
I was a recent new patient here and the receptionist was super welcoming. Dr. Bauldree is great at what he does, I felt super comfortable and well informed on what I had going on, his assistant Deja is great as well.
I’ve been going here for a few years now. Mr. McDonald was my primary then I swapped over to Mr. Nolan. The nurses, receptionist and doctors are all so welcoming and go above & beyond!
I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Nolan Bauldree. He has never talked to me for less than 30 minutes concerning my health care needs. He is truly compassionate and listens without hurrying you out the door. His nurse, Rebecca, is remarkable. She remembers me and what I have going on everytime I visit the clinic. I had an eating disorder when I was younger, and she remembers that I don’t like seeing my weight on the scale so she never says it out loud. It means the world to me.Some of their receptionist personnel could benefit from professional development- specifically customer service etiquette. However, this does not take them below a 5-star rating in my opinion.
