One of the workers was that the arm smoking a cigarette trying to put the numbers and stuff in at the gate, nobody has a brush to do the tires and car before going in the car wash, they look like they don't want to be at work on Saturday at 4pm. Some of the vacuums have weak suction.

While my experience at the Southside location was good a few weeks ago, the carwash across town from me in Irondale on the same day closed an hour and 15 minutes earlier than posted. As I waited for the traffic light at that intersection, I saw a car come through the wash. By the time I drove into the driveway, barricades had been put up. The attendant would not approach the entrance to explain. I was not very happy

I have a $40 monthly subscription, I gave it 3 stars because the company is not good at maintaining their car washes. The one in Hueytown always has 1 or 2 brushes not working, the one on 4th Ave south seems to be short on the soap it dropped at the start. The one on Hwy 280 is the best of the 3 locations
