Walked in asking for a manicure. Seated with little wait and staff was friendly. However, aside from the dip itself, nothing else was offered during my manicure. Cuticles weren't cleaned up, dead skin wasn't trimmed ( I have dry hands and it's very obvious where things need to be trimmed up), I was expected to clean the excess dip off my skin myself and no lotion was applied after. Basically, I was charged for dip application and nothing else. To top it off, I've got a rash forming on my hands where the dip was applied and cured without cleaning it off under my nails on the tips of my fingers. Charged $50 for that level of service. Don't recommend.
Hubby wanted to treat me to a spa day this place was so fun good laughter and nice staff my nail tech was the Best I forgot his nail but had black nail polish he was amazing…he made me feel wonderful i can’t stop looking at my nail …. I definitely will be back
Went on Mother’s Day. Everyone was nice. Special thanks to Suni for taking my gift card that was expired! I hurt my toe and waited for it to heal before I went back and it was expired. They also fixed my daughter’s toe who messed her nail before we even got outside. Excellent customer service, we will come back!
