Awesome service from Willow and Brian up there. Very helpful when picking out equipment and for a gigging musician they have amazing work and turnaround time on restringing and setting action on guitars for me. 10/10

We have been using Gadsden Music since 2019. I have been pleased with their level of service every time I have frequented their store in Hoover. We have used them for instrument rental, musical supplies, advice, instrument tune ups / repairs, and we purchased a new instrument from them. We have always found them very helpful and they provide sound (pun intended) advice without overselling. I feel I can trust this shop completely and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for the help and great service over the years.

I will be returning the instrument we are renting from them. They are rude and are crooks. They continue to claim we are payments behind but the money is being taken out of our bank account each month. When confronted the person was hostile and rude from jump saying it was our fault. Never got a clear explanation how it was our fault. I will buy one off of Amazon or go to Bailey Bros. or have my daughter pretend to play the saxophone before I EVER spend another dime with them.

I wasn't going to leave a review but since seeing that this is an ongoing issue with several customers, I'll add that I was also yelled at in this store. He also complained about other customers to me. Pretty wild customer service (or lack thereof). I couldn't get out fast enough and decided to drive the extra distance to Art's.

I ain’t never coming back. The desk guy yelled at me for making sure the sticks sounded the same. Don’t play on the pads or you will get yelled at.

Yelled at me for trying out a few sticks on the designated pads and proceeded to mumbled under his breath for minutes after we stopped. Horrible customer service.

My son's strap broke during practice and it was a relief to know someone was local to purchase one. It was on-time for their performance the next evening and was cheaper than ordering online.

My daughter received a pair of drumsticks from here for Christmas. They are not the size she needed, so we went to today to swap them out. I sent her in by herself (she's 14) because I didn't think it would be a big deal. She came back out and informed me that the man working told her they wouldn't do anything without the receipt. Today is December 26th. How many people are doing this today without a receipt???? We left and went to Guitar Center, a couple of miles down the road, and spent $100 on 2 pairs of drumsticks and headphones. I guess Gasden Music didn't want our business. I will go back this weekend and try again, however, they missed sells for this employee being rude. I can't believe this is actually their policy.

If you’re looking for majorette batons they sell them for $20. While buying directly from the supplier costs $42.

I went to the Huntsville location and they were the best. My son's clarinet mouthpiece needed new cork and they were able to do this right away and in less than 20 minutes. The technician was super nice and checked the clarinet for leaks and fixed those as well. Will be coming here for any future band needs.
