I started this process for aff foam in january 2022. I have been told they had everything they needed. I talked to someone last month and now they are telling me i might not have a case.I lost mt husband in 2021. I cannt believe i have gotten this far and nothing.
I am a litigant in the Zinus Mattress settlement.
This case is lingering on and on and on. Still no settlement money. I believe 4 years now.
I have done other class actions prior and they NEVER take this long to settle.
I have not received any money or information as to when I will actually receive my portion of the settlement.
