She took me in super quick notice after I was unhappy with a coloring I had done at another spot and she got me to a GOOD place! She knows what she’s doing and is very honest up front about if your “Pinterest inspo pics” are actually attainable for your natural hair color or not so we aren’t working with unrealistic expectations. Appreciate her approach!

Today I got my haircut from Michelle. I’ve been going to Michelle for about 10 years. I watched her receive a walk-in, which is not very typical of this salon as these stylists are fully booked usually. Still, she quickly helped the lady and gave her two other stylists’ contact information who could help color-correct this lady’s hair quickly. Because I’ve been going to Michelle for a decade, she has long-stopped receiving new clients, but I appreciated watching how she helped this lady and served her promptly when she didn’t have to.
