I had Craftsman Plumbing come to my house to quote running a new gas line to a new gas stove in our kitchen. Josh and his helper came by as promised this week, made their inspection, & provided me pricing on the spot. I setup the work two days later. Josh and his helper came out and once they opened my ceiling up realized it would take longer than what they quoted as there was duct in the way of where they were going to run the gas line. There was no way of knowing the duct was there. They never asked for more money. They kept their word on their pricing and did a good job in the process. Had a plumbing emergency at home while I was out of town. My wife had to handle things and Craftsman did a great job of explaining costs and making her feel comfortable. Plumber came out quickly with no hidden fees. Will definitely use them again!
