Maggie is always coming up with new challenging moves for her classes. Time passes quickly & my whole body feels like it got a workout, which was so needed the day after Thanksgiving.

Have been doing Pilates here for about 5 years now and could not be happier with the overall result and experience. Great studio with very knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors. Update, make that about 8 years now. Still 5 stars, the best form of exercise I have ever tried. My experience with all of the instructors has been but great. The ones that teach my schedule frequently are Ellen, Mallory B., Grace, and Maggie H. I really enjoy the variety from each of them. I also really enjoy Center and Balance with both Amy and Kristy. Kenyele was unbelievable. Very different but good different. I loved her energy and appreciated her help. It was tough but I just got to work harder! I’ll take another of her classes!
