TLDR::steer clear of this place . Admittedly I am Somewhat of a snob with piercing shops because my home shop operates at a certain caliber. And this shop is way below.
Red flag #1: Nickle and diming. I paid $16.50 prepay as payment towards jewelry. I was then told by the piercer she would actually use that as a jewelry changing fee for my 2mm earrings. In all of my years of getting piercing I’ve never been charged an exorbitant amount for a jewelry change ESPECIALLY when I’m purchasing jewelry from the shop.
Red flag #2: measuring my ear for an industrial bar. And the bar is still too long 🤣🤣. It keeps getting caught in my hair and on my shirts and my ear is so red and irritated because I keep having to adjust it. How do you measure and still get the wrong size???
Red flag #3: The piercer hands me a mirror and asks me to point to which holes I want the new jewelry in. I point to BOTH holes. She still puts it in the wrong. 🤣🤣😅🤦♀️
I don’t know if this is weaponized incompetence or if she is really just does mot know what she is doing. Either way I would not trust this lady to put any holes in your body.

Just got my helix and third lobes pierced today by Aimee Leigh. I’ve already heard many good things about cloud 9 through family and friends, so I was more than excited for my appointment. Aimee was so kind, thorough, and transparent through the WHOLE process even before the piercing was done. Will be coming back for the next addition to my stack!

May 2025 update: Got my third lobe piercings downsized plus got a fourth lobe piercing and faux rook done this Friday by Aimee and I absolutely LOVE both new piercings. As before, the process was great — not rushed, let me okay the placement before piercing, was talked through the piercings, gave me clear aftercare instructions, etc. Can’t recommend Cloud 9 enough!
Dec. 2024: Had my third lobe piercings done this last Sunday by Aimee and I can’t say enough good things about both Aimee and Cloud 9! Very clean, everyone is super nice, I never felt rushed picking out my jewelry, and Aimee was absolutely amazing for the piercing. They walked me through everything they were doing throughout the entire process, which was really helpful for an anxious person like myself. They gave clear aftercare instructions and also told me not to hesitate to reach out with any questions. I’m already planning my next piercings for Aimee to do!

Walked in the place of business at 2:24 and the website showed appointments were open and available for 2:30 and 3:00. One artist was lying on her back on the couch and we were greeted by another. I guess she was the owner. She said the piercer that was on duty didn’t do piercings on minors and we had to schedule it for a different day. We asked for the name of the person who does pierce minors so we could book them on the site and her response was “Oh it’s me.” We won’t be back.
*** Update*** I see the response below and it matches the same energy we received in person and we won’t be back. We were passing through the area and saw the location. My experience was based on the factual information stated above and not any added emotions. The business is based on customer experiences and I saw no one doing anything with open appointments online. “My experience” and this response below confirmed I should’ve taken my business elsewhere. She’s pierced so she’s happy with the service we received elsewhere.
