My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed when she was 4! She has had regrowth of her tonsils and has remained sick with viruses constantly since the surgery bc they didn’t get all of her tonsils out! She also has had adenoids regrowth. I would not get the surgery done here. My daughter is 9 and having to go through this surgery again bc it’s just worse now with viruses, and allergies, etc! She has missed a lot of school bc of this. I also might add that her new ent was very informative and talked to me about everything with such care and reassurance. Very thoroughly discussed everything. The ent at this office did not have good bedside manner and brushed me off with my concerns and did not want to answer questions. Just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible. I feel like he doesn’t remove all of the tonsils bc he knows you will be back eventually to get the issue redone at some point! I feel like this is a money scam! Dr hill was her surgeon btw. What a joke.

Both of my kids have seen 2 different doctors here that are wonderful. My complaint is with front desk staff being rude and argumentative making a follow up appointment. A male nurse or nurse assistant that took my sons weight, asked for his birthday (Jan 6th) and made a remark saying, “oooooh that’s a good birthday…” when everyone knows what Jan 6th is tied to. Very unprofessional.

It’s always a zoo and the wait times are atrocious. One doctor just says yes to surgeries without even touching, looking or listening to the patient. The nurses, techs, staff support seem wonderful but I’d really rather be anywhere else but at this doctor’s office. Nearly a 2 hour visit to see a doctor. No hearing test, and the surgery was already scheduled prior to arrival. 0/10 would recommend.

I had multiple ear surgeries at children’s hospital with Dr smith and his team when I was younger. I still till this day remember how amazing they were and it’s one of the reasons I am in nursing school now. love them.

My daughter had a appointment yesterday and we got there super early and we didn’t have to wait they got us in and seen her and scheduled her surgery date they was all so nice to us and her she really liked them and me and her dad did to I will be taken them for surgery’s from now on

We love our children’s family. We have add the ENT which we have loved everyone we saw.

Will not answer the phone for months to schedule appointment nor will they return voice-mail (if that option is chosen after waiting on hold for hours) for over a month.

Arrived on time to our scheduled appointment that we had scheduled for weeks. Rearranged other scheduled appointments to make this one. We arrived 20 mins earlier to fill out any needed new patient paperwork. However, we are told that our appointment has been canceled. I said I didn’t cancel it who did? The front office attendant stated it was probably their automatic system. So your telling me if they system calls you and you don’t catch the call it doesn’t leave you a message stating who is calling it just responds off of the fact you didn’t pick it so it cancels. Not a great system most offices will attempt to call you at least 3 times prior to your up coming appointment. Now we have to wait u til 2:15 o be seen when our original appointment was at 1:30p.m. Not a fan already will ask my son’s doc for a new referral.

Can always squeeze us in if there is a problem. My son has had 4 sets of tubes put in over the years and have always used Dr. Smith. We love him and his staff
