We could not be happier with our new carpet! The entire team did an outstanding job. Not only were the initial time estimates perfectly accurate, but the crews were also prompt, professional, and meticulous about cleaning up.

Brian's Flooring is great. The project and installation teams are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Have used them multiple times and will again in the future. This was the 4th time using Brian's Flooring and once more they helped to choose the perfect flooring for the kitchen. Every step from purchase to installation happened on time and as scheduled with zero hiccups. Workers installed efficiently and left the home clean with no trace they had been there. Excellent workers and a top notch installation. The carpet is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Workers worked hard to make the carpet install go smoothly. Even when there was a slight problem, they were quick to take care of it. Highly recommend.

We have used Brian’s flooring for two houses now and could not be more pleased! Jeremy Roper was so easy to work with and responded promptly every time I needed any help. Both he, and Shelby are professional, friendly and offer phenomenal service and attention to every detail. I have recommended them to several of my friends and highly encourage anyone to go see them for any flooring needs!

This was our first custom built home and we had a lot of decision to make that we weren’t as prepared for as we thought. Shelby at the Brian’s Flooring McCalla location, guided us through each step of the design process while working along side Jeremy to help keep us within our budget. Shelby was an important part of our team, helping pick out our master shower tile, kitchen backsplash, and floors for our entire house based on our vision. When you use Brian’s, go to the McCalla location and Shelby will make you feel right at home!
