Samantha did an amazing job getting all the knots out of my back and shoulders. As someone with chronic pains, she was a lifesaver and gave me some relief I haven’t had in years.
My experience was excellent and I scheduled another deep tissue massage appointment with Blake. He listened to my concerns and found the areas of my back that were in pain and then took his time working out the issues. He also explained the problems as he was working on them.
The facility is nice, quiet and clean, but the reason I continue going back is because Sarah Spruell is amazing! She really listens to what's going on with your body and tailors the session to what you need that day. A lot of therapists ask what's bothering you, then still give a pretty standard massage, but not Sarah. She's thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable, and she actually targets the areas that need work. I always leave feeling relaxed and cared for, and she's helped me make progress on relieving chronic pain that I've had for years. I highly recommend her.
