3 stars are for the thorough inspection, along with the asbestos test. Ken was a great help and professional.The negatives: they do "partner" (rather sale your data) with ADT home security. They say it is to help us, but really it's just to make another dollar. Who knows what the security company does with the info, I'm sure they sale it as well. Very sorry A-Pro Home Inspection. Ask your customers before you do something like this, don't just bury it deep in the contract. Be transparent, if your customers want a security system, they can find one.
