Cannot say enough good things about Katie and the whole experience! Atmosphere and vibe are always on point. She has such an intuitive and therapeutic touch and is so great at finding the tough spots. I've yet to leave a session that didn't leave me like jelly and floating on cloud 9. TeLisa King was able to tell me what my insides were doing and why. My left foot told her what I suffer with and I do. She was able to tell me what I need to incorporate in my diet when I’m hungry and don’t eat because that is my problem. More importantly, she made my anxiety RELEASE me like Joy told Anxiety in #InsideOut2 but with her hands!!!
