First time using 3D. Both our AC unit failed over the Memorial Day weekend. The downstairs unit fail on Saturday and the upstairs unit Sunday. We called Tuesday and they were here on Wednesday. Got the upstairs unit up and running. Downstairs needed parts. Friday alls cool! Professional, Friendly, Communicative, Thorough and on time. Saved us a lot of money by checking on warranties, remember to get the extended warranty's. Saved us thousands $$$. Rick is the best service technician we've had the pleasure of working with in our 60+ years of HVAC dealings. Call 3D for you next service, purchase or HVAC consultation.
