Adam was great. We called to book an appointment and they got to us next day. We called knowing that we may just need to replace our unit. As the day drug on, we wondered if they would make it to us, and when we saw Adam work, we knew it was because he treats every client as if they are the only one. Adam got to work and cleaned our condenser coil while at our house. He felt like it was going to make a noticeable difference, and we may not have to replace our unit, but we still requested a quote. We really appreciated a company giving us options and trying the low-hanging fruit first.

My technician, Adam, came out promptly at the time scheduled, evaluated my problem, explained what was causing the fan not to blow (a small inexpensive part), did the repair and everything was completed in less than 30 minutes.
