All I know is, I stopped by with a malfunctioning pistol, and I left 15 minutes later with a pistol that didn't malfunction with all of my money still in my wallet. It would be hard to imagine service much better than that.

I ordered a few items from the website. The shipping was fast, and when I had a question someone picked up the phone on 1 ring and was extremely pleasant. Basic customer service done right

Do not order off the website. I ordered 2 small parts for my AUG 5 days ago. They have yet to ship it. I have tried to call twice but no one answers the phone. Im starting to think it is a scam.
EDIT: It took 2 weeks to get my package shipped. Steyr responded to my email with a copy paste response saying they would ship it asap. Customer service is very poor. If you want to order from them its best to forget about the order for a few weeks. I will update this post again once i get the package in a few days.
