Very disappointing experience. My original 9:30 AM appointment was rescheduled, and that's where the poor communication started. When I arrived for my 5:00 PM appointment, no one seemed to know I had an appointment, and I received conflicting explanations about why the stylist I booked with wasn't there. I've spent good money with this business over the years, so I expected better communication and professionalism. Instead, I felt like my time wasn't valued and the entire experience was disorganized from start to finish. She was supposed to give me box braids very expensive and she didnt give me box braids I dont know whats on my head. I also seen a couple bugs 1 crawled on me. She was also very rude. Talked about me and my family in another language.

The owner is always pleasant the atmosphere is also pleasant. I have been getting my braids done with her for many years and not once have I had a bad experience. She will also give advice if she thinks that a certain style will not work with your hair texture.
