If you are reading this before hiring them DON'T DO IT. They do a terrible job. We paid a lot of money for a terrible job. They don't care about anything, and they charge for a job they won't finish. We repatriated a body to another country. It took them two months to do it and when they sent the body they didn't let us know or anything. And the body didn't arrive as they promised. They are not worth it, they are bad people.

My experience with Faith Memorial Chapel Funeral services were very good. They did an excellent job with the care of my father who recently passed on April 20, 2024. Yes they were very professional and addressed all of my needs in a timely manner. So I was just pleased with the care they did on my father in my time of sadness. I appreciate the excellent service of them being so professional!

They took good care of my mom’s body and made her looked beautiful at the viewing. She looked like she was sleeping. Thank you for that. However I don’t appreciate the lady not being upfront about an economy package when we first asked her about it. Very unprofessional and money hungry. Also I don’t not appreciate the dark skinned women with the short hair and glasses in the front office for being rude and unprofessional. Her alone will make me not return for any future business. Ms Jones and Cathy were the sweetest ones there thank you ladies but to the dark skinned lady you better be careful how you talk to grieving people!! No empathy whatsoever just there to get paid.

There is no professional services that you pay for. The best part of their service to me was the presentation of the body. I was the responsible party for paying for the services and I was left out of the communications because they say the spouse was who they were concerned with. I had a problem with Cappanel not being as requested. They did not inscribed what we had discussed. Asked for a refund and asked to speak to the owner to no avail. No return call from him. The employee I dealt was not receptive to my request and basically told me that he didn't care if they lose my business in the future.

Hearse driver going 85+ on the interstate swerving through traffic. I was going down I-65 when the hearse driver for this company almost ran me off the road. When the hearse got near me I noticed he was on the phone not paying ANY attention.
