Just bought my first pair of glasses from 20/20 Optical in Bessemer. I needed reading classes because I sit in front of a computer screen so much. Good selection with awesome personal service. 24 hour turnaround! I have never gotten that anywhere else that I can remember. I am planning to go back soon and get some driving glasses. I usually go to Costco to get glasses because they are good quality and relatively cheap. But I am going back here next time for the excellent quality and service. Sometimes even an old cheap guy like me is willing to pay more to get more.

Jake is a great guy to work with. He has been in business for years and always does a great job. I needed a small repair. I called 15 minutes before closing time he told me to come on down. He fixed my glasses in a jiffy and at no charge. Highly recommended.

I CAN SEE AGAIN!I want to thank the folks at 20/20 Optical! This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had getting glasses.The Dr. was thorough & took his time to get it right. Jake was so helpful in choosing the frames & lens. I had to swallow hard when he told me the cost, but the Crizal Lens have made a huge difference in my sight! They were worth every penny! Thank you so much for great service! I will be back!
