T&M Heating & Air provides excellent service hands down. They are the number one choice for any heating or air issues, with outstanding technicians who know the business and go above and beyond. The team calls to let customers know they are coming, and the techs are polite, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. Customers have been very satisfied for around 20 years. A technician performed routine preventative maintenance on a Carrier unit that performed well during the summer heat. Another technician was an excellent help with a humidity problem in a new build home, explaining everything perfectly. However, one issue remains unresolved: someone came out two different times to fix a front room not cooling, but it is still not cooling and no one came back again.
