These folks are as good as it gets. They were scheduled to come in 2 days following the issue. When I called and asked them to change the appointment due to the coming bad weather they were there within hours and when it got to 24 degrees that night I was very thankful Longs Refrigeration had taken care of us. Thank you soooo much
