The staff at Tower Loan are highly praised for their pleasant and professional manner, going above and beyond to help customers. The business also offers sales financing at local merchants. Despite the high APR, customers have been satisfied with their experience and have recommended Tower Loan to others.
John was the best I ever had he explain everything to me. He me when I had questions. Go in and ask for John he is the best. He know his job! He is not a mean man he just tell you the truth. He works with you at any level. He really loves his job and loves his customers!!!
If you need a loan y’all need to go visit the Tower loan office in Auburn, they are truly the best people to deal with. John is an amazing manager and his staff follow his lead. They will help you with whatever you need and will work with you not only the day you get it but until it’s paid off. 10/10 hands down the best….
Great lender to deal with. John goes above and beyond with any issues that arise and he's always been patient, courteous and extremely helpful. We will continue to use Tower Loan as our loan source.
