3.5 stars. I bought the most expensive wash for my car to still come out dirty. I spent 2 hours after the actual wash cleaning just the outside with their supplies in order to make myself feel better for spending the money.I parked beside my sister so we could help each other. 1 of the two options for vacuums didn't work. One of the car mat cleaners was not working at all and the dry setting on both machines does not work.Overall it was OK. I would give 3.5 stars if it were an option because the towels were nice and clean, the staff was friendly, the compressed air is awesome and both worked, 1 out of 2 of the vacuums was really strong and 1/2 of one car mat cleaners...read full review

What is even the use of spraying less water on my windshield than my windshield washer? A self serve bug station? Car was was too expensive for not making my car look any better than it did. I bought the most expensive wash and I still looked like I needed a car wash afterwards. It wasn’t extremely covered with dirt and bugs either. Just a little dirty and a few bugs.

Went to this car wash for the first time. The wait time was decent. At 3:30 on a Thursday they were pretty busy. Paid for a $20 car wash and couldn’t even use the vacuums because people were staying in the stalls for a long time detailing their cars. Might try another time but not impressed with not even being able to vacuum out the car. Plus the attendant guiding people into the wash looked like he was extremely annoyed at people coming up to the wash.
