We've taken our kitten there twice for well checks. They offered tests that we didn't even know about. When we went in they almost immediately whisked kitty away and took good care of him (evaluated, vaccines, fecal exam, nail trims)and there were treats involved. 😆 I cant speak for a true emergency though.
We just adopted a another kitten and will be taking her here too.
The staff here are wonderful. They are very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
The only complaint I have is that they only see small animals.
I am from Gadsden but in Auburn for the weekend and my dog was attacked by another dog. Although they were busy, they made an appointment for me later in the day. I had never utilized Dr Thomas in the past, but have walked by her clinic numerous times. She was so good with my dog, full of knowledge and has a fantastic “bed side manner.” I hope I will not need her services again, but will not hesitate to use her again.

The vet listened attentively to my concerns and provided clear explanations about Rocky's treatment options, and prices. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service we received here.
