Ike is the most knowledge and in tune trainer I have ever encountered. He is always ready and willing to give immediate feedback during your session, as well as answer any questions following the session to help you live and lead a healthy lifestyle. Definitely a workout experience like no other -Highly recommend Ike and Metrics Fitness Lab ;10 out of 10 for sure!
Metric Fitness Lab truly has been a great experience. This is the longest I have ever stayed committed to a fitness journey. Ike is a great trainer and always tailors the exercises based on the person. In the couple of months that I have been attending sessions, I’ve already noticed myself becoming more toned, which was a huge goal for me. I still have a long way to go but it’s been a great step towards a healthier lifestyle.
