Rob got me in and out with a new set of tires in under an hour while I was eating lunch at the shrimp basket and he went out of his way to spot the 3 of us in the corner of the restaurant to let us know our vehicle was ready as our friends Internet was not working and he couldn’t reach us by phone. Without his assist we would’ve never known our vehicle was ready, thanks Rob! Skibidibapbap
Everyone was so helpful when I came in to have my brakes checked and address a few other minor issues. The service was really fast, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend Mavis!
I have received nothing but excellent customer service at this Mavis location. This is the first shop I have ever gone to that didn’t make me feel like I needed to be a mechanic myself or risk getting taken advantage of. They explain everything to me every single time, they don’t oversell me, and if given the choice between here and any other shop, I’ll choose this Mavis every single time. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
