I visited the facility on August 1, upon entering there was an lady that worked at the front desk that was in the lobby at the kiosk machine, she instructed me on what to do at the time. My day was frustrating and I didn't quite complete her instructions but when I approached her desk her manner was enlightening and very polite she really changed everything that had me down at the moment to an uplifting experience I REALLY! enjoyed her and the quote that she has on her wall by her desk kind of represented my cause I didn't listen ???
