I had a positive experience with Auburn Realty. I resided in a rental home they managed for a little more than 4 years. They managed the property well overall and were attentive to any maintenance concerns that arose. The property and leasing managers were also very kind and reasonable people. The highlight of my experience is that they didn’t attempt to confiscate my security deposit under false pretenses as seems to be customary for most landlords/management companies to do these days in my experience. I’d highly recommend checking out their available properties/rentals. You won’t be disappointed!

I have used Auburn Realty for 6 years. I found them during my undergrad at Auburn. I lived at Lakewood Commons and rented through AR. I have moved 3 separate times all to other units or properties that they managed. They made the transition so msmooth and easy.They have always been quick to answer my maintenance requests and get people out to help me with issues. They also do an incredible job at communicating with their tenants. I reccomend them to all my friends coming to live in Auburn!

I lived in an Auburn Realty apartment for my two years of grad school and loved it! The rent was fairly priced, location was great, and all the staff were always very kind and helpful. Mr. Cary from maintenance was the best! Would definitely recommend them to other students.
