Leah was incredibly knowledgable, and I felt so much relief from tight muscles. Julie was helpful and compassionate!
I had a big surgery three years ago and after working diligently with just about every specialist under the sun and still having some issues, I decided to go to Rebekah to see if she could help me with the chronic pain. After one massage, she recommended seeing Julie for corrective exercise. It sounds crazy, but I’m sleeping a million times better already (it’s been about 6 weeks), my pain is significantly decreased, I’ve had noticeable improvements in digestion, and I’ve learned so many little tricks. Was referred from a massage therapist in another state who knew of their work. It was fantastic. I had sciatica of the R hip which had kept me up three nights in a row and hurt all day. Leah was SO knowledgeable. She went right to work on that spot and released it. She taught me some exercises and for past two days since I’ve had NO pain. Thank you.
