I love where we live now! And Annie from 360 Management was sooo helpful during this whole rental process!! We found this place right before the school year started, which was such a tricky and stressful time, but Annie really made the whole move-in experience smooth and welcoming. Thank you, Annie, for taking such great care of everything — we really appreciate it!

I've rented 2 properties from them. I really loved the unit I had at Bellwood Place. But do NOT rent at Lauren Place apartments. The whole building probably needs to be torn down. There's a roach issue that's never gone away despite pest control coming around every 2-4 weeks for the past two years I've been there. The manager consistently acts like she had no idea it was a problem every time it's brought up. Yet the bug lady tells me she's been working on this building for a while and has been in contact with the manager about the situation. Lol. They're lucky all I did was move. 360 management has been so good to me and my family! They are a great realty company for 2 years I haven’t had NO issues. Quick maintenance If their any issues and they keep up with the maintenance on their properties ! Friendly professional staff ! You will not be disappointed..
