While the therapist is pleasant, it feels like talking to a brick wall. Very short, limited sessions that don't accomplish anything. Psychiatry was disappointing and while they did spend a full hour our first appt, I had zero follow up on meds, called the nurse, left messages and no call returned. Filled out all the appropriate paperwork and even called my PCP to verify records were sent. Nurse said they didn't get it and said she'd call but it's been weeks and nothing. It would be better to not even have a facility that offers false hope than no help at all. Wasted months of time and energy thinking I'd get help and never did. this is literally the worst service ever I have videos and pictures of me calling asking for help and the people actually calling me, disrespecting me and hanging up. I have also made a very aware to them that I am serious and I need help but this is the problem with the mental health system in Alabama is broken and we don’t get no help. We are failed and these people still get a paycheck why?

Personally to me I feel like these reviews for this place is outdated it seems a lot better than even when I used to go to it years ago and deserves a second chance they seem to have new nice people up there and they're not even needing me and they got me in and out fairly quick despite having to know the information
