RestorationPro
“I discovered water damage in my kitchen in late October and called RestorationPro immediately. Fred Griffith answered my call personally and sent his team out right away. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in terms I could understand. They deployed professional-grade equipment and came back repeatedly to monitor moisture levels and check on progress. Fred stayed in constant communication with me through phone calls and texts, even when he was monitoring from his office.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and communication. They documented everything thoroughly with photos and moisture readings, and went out of their way to communicate with my insurance carrier throughout the process. The quality of their equipment and the professionalism of their staff exceeded my expectations.
I would absolutely use RestorationPro again and will be referring them to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Fred, Jonathan, and Laureano for your excellent work and outstanding customer service.
