“We had a relatively unique kitchen cabinets idea / need and Wentzell did a great job listening and working with us to make it happen. When installed last year we were so very pleased and found the process, price, and quality to be exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, about 9 months in we had an odd behavior occur in the tall pantry cabinet wood side pieces that created structural problems. We called Wentzell and explained and they sent a team out to review. Then they did some research and talks with the lumber folks and ultimately ended up remaking the entire pantry cabinets with new batches of wood/materials. Not exactly sure what the lumber issue ended up being (assuming it was an issue with that batch/cut of wood), but the bottom line is that Wentzell stepped up and completely resolved the issue with no questions asked and their apologies. Great craftsmanship, great integrity and just a solid, local company to do business with. Highly recommend.“
