The service was not satisfactory. The carpet did no look any different after the treatment from the condition it was before the cleaning, even after a thorough vacuuming as recommended by the technician. The cost of the service was also very overpriced, the double of the published average cost listed online for this geographic area. Furthermore, the cost was based on total square footage and did not consider the area occupied by the furniture which we didn't ask to be moved and in fact was not moved. In summary a waste of time and a big waste of money.

The technician that came was very nice and did clean my carpet. Overall I would not recommend this service though, as I feel as though it was dishonest and not worth the money paid.
