“First trial session was excellent, Coach Aprle was patient, thorough, fun and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well equipped and there seems to be an endless variety of exercises. Exercises were well tailored to fitness level - even for 50 somethings pretty out of shape ;)We'll be going back for more punish...er, sessions :)Recommend!“
