Checked in online and was able to see our place in line as well as the estimated wait time before I even got there which made planning my time even more easy. The wait once I got there was not long at all. My son is autistic and they have always been patient with him here which is why this is our go to place every 6 weeks like clock work. I've never had any issues with any of the stylists and how they cut his hair which is a blessing of its own since he has very thick hair that grows in several directions. He always leaves happy with the hair that he wants which means more to me than anything.
Checked in on line said 15 mins. Walk in 1 ahead of me. They take a man who just walked in. Been 15mins and took one ahead of me. Three ppl waiting and there was 3 beautician but 1 left. So check in don't help. Very upset I have other appointments. Always cut good although 20.00 for a dry cut is much.
This place never disappoints! I love being able to check in rather than show up and wait! And I've been really happy with my hair. I go way too long between cuts, but they make it do what I want.
