Recently I was in the Direct Auto and Life insurance office in Athens, Alabama. While I waited for an appointment that was more closely associated with sales and service , I had the great blessing of being able to observe Tycheria Conley as she dealt with a client. Her level of kindness, compassion, and professionalism was truly stellar. It brought tears to my eyes, and I want Mrs. Conley to be afforded the highest level of commendation possible from the company.
Tye at the athens office is the best. If you need Auto or any insurance for that matter I recommend giving her a call she will get you taken care of. Over all 100/100 customer service. She was responsive caring and will make sure you understand your policy and everything that comes with it.
