We had a technician that had a hole in his tire. This company went above and beyond on making sure his tire was patched and good to go before he went back out on the road. They took him in without an appointment and made sure to get him out fast so he didn't lose much time or money. They didn't even charge him for the plug. Now that is what you called quality service and taking care of the customer. Thank you for making sure he was taken care of.
Stopped by today to get some help on a tire plug I had done and it was still leaking. They repaired it while I waited in minutes; told me no charge come back when I need something else. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Pit Stop Automotive. Thank you.
Stopped by to have some trailer tires mounted on new wheels. I was immediately met with smiling faces. Brandon was who helped me and was very knowledgeable of the equipment. He had my wheels mounted before I could get my checkbook out of the truck! Thanks for such a pleasurable experience, I will be using them for all of my automotive needs.
