To All Carriers! Be careful when booking loads under their brokerage MC, dishonesty from start to end of load. Extra careful with your rate con, make sure to double check what you are signing to avoid being set up... Creating new trucking policies even when being wrong, by not paying proper layovers for the drivers, because they don't care about the drivers and if they lose money!

Need to teach their drivers how to drive. Had one of their drivers riding my ass in the left lane on Ross clark circle from west main to fortress street at 5:25 p.m on 8/20/25. Then proceeds to throw his hands up in the air and then flip me off. I have my cdl and im a otr driver and I don't drive like that but I also drive for a company that doesn't hire drivers like that and actually pay. I called the after hours and got the mechanic on duty and he acted like he didn't care and told me to call back during business hours. Drivers like him are the reason why we have a bad reputation. You might want to get your drivers in check because thanks to alot of him like that DOT WILL HAVE FUN WITH YOU.

Driver just got caught up in a predator catch, with the truck in plain view

One of their trucks tried to run me off the road (4/7/2025) on interstate 20 near North Augusta, SC. (Around 2:00pm). The weather is horrible today, heavy rains and winds. It is very difficult to see even 5’ in front of the car and parts of the interstate have pooling water. This truck driver got behind me, on a three lane interstate (I’m in the middle lane) and got as close as possible and began flashing headlights. There was no way for me to quickly change lanes, as the pooling water, rain, wind, and the other vehicles in the left and right lanes made this very difficult. To avoid causing someone to slam on brakes in this weather and possibly hydroplane, I simply maintained my lane. The truck driver continued to ride my bumper flashing lights. The driver then switched lanes and realized the other vehicles weren’t going any faster than I was. The driver then darted back behind me flashing lights again. As soon as there was a break in the right lane, the truck then got over and flew by with excessive speed. Coincidentally, when I exited the interstate to get gas, I saw this truck again in front of me, pulling into a pilot gas station. Truck 190, Summerford Trucking
