“All the staff here is so sweet & compassionate! The young lady (Morgan I believe was her name) up front was so sweet during a difficult time. I took my 3 year old cat in because she had lost a lot of weight. Dr. Brom was willing to see her immediately and kindly explained all the different options available to me. He was able to perform an exploratory surgery the very next day. Unfortunately, it turned out to be cancer and we had to put her down, but he called personally to let me know and waited for me to get there to say goodbye to her. Two weeks later, I also took my 5 month old kitten in for spaying and once again they were patient and thorough in her care. The same girl up front helped me again, and put mind at ease because I was feeling guilty about my kitty having to stay there all day while I worked. There was a cute puppy too! It really is the little things that make all the difference in an experience with a business and I would highly recommend Greenbrier Animal Clinic to care for your fur babies!”
