All the staff here is so sweet & compassionate! The young lady (Morgan I believe was her name) up front was so sweet during a difficult time. I took my 3 year old cat in because she had lost a lot of weight. Dr. Brom was willing to see her immediately and kindly explained all the different options available to me. He was able to perform an exploratory surgery the very next day. Unfortunately, it turned out to be cancer and we had to put her down, but he called personally to let me know and waited for me to get there to say goodbye to her. Dr. Brom took exceptional care of my kitty. My boy has suffered chronic UTIs for the past year, and other vets would just treat the problem at hand but didn’t delve into the underlying condition. Brom took the time to assess my baby, and suggested a life saving surgery for him. I am beyond grateful for the care and love the vets and techs have poured into my boy, and for making every visit more welcoming for the both of us. Just know when you bring your baby here, they’re in good hands!
The front end staff and vet techs were all very friendly and professional. They created a positive environment.
Appointment availability was good.
The Vet was not for me but that isn’t a bad thing. We all have different preferences.
Unfortunately the clinic was in need of a renovation. Much of it was in disrepair. It was also very dirty. Dirty floors, pet hair build up, stains on the walls and chairs etc. Upon entering there was a very obvious mildew issue. Especially around the cooling vents. The odor was overpowering.
