Five star experience. They came out ASAP to evaluate our system, told us we needed a new unit (no surprise, we assumed as much). Within two days, they had our new unit installed. The men providing the installation were friendly and efficient, and the office staff were prompt on their end and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this company.
My air and heat unit was acting strange and I honestly thought that the thermostat might have gone out, since clearly it was not relaying the information I was giving it, but continued to come on every 2 hours. Unfortunately, that is not enough in central Alabama with the humidity. Called Dunn's yesterday evening around 4:45pm, they had a technician on my door step this afternoon following lunch in Talladega. Nick was his name and he had the problem diagnosed within 15 mins of being here, showed me the problem, explained the issue and had a new condensation pump with him. Dunn’s plumbing team, Will and Jacob did a phenomenal job. They were available sooner than any other plumbing company around. They arrived when they said they would. We are pleased with the work that was done. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They handled some unexpected findings well and the price was very reasonable and worth every penny.
