Experienced technician who kept me informed throughout the evaluation of my A/C unit. He explained things in detail so I could fully understand his assessment. Dunn has my business on lock.
They did an excellent job and worked diligently to install our new air conditioning unit. They did not leave until the task was completed. Caleb and his friend performed well and both deserve commendation.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My air and heat unit was acting strange and I honestly thought that the thermostat might have gone out, since clearly it was not relaying the information I was giving it, but continued to come on every 2 hours. Unfortunately, that is not enough in central Alabama with the humidity. Called Dunn's yesterday evening around 4:45pm, they had a technician on my door step this afternoon following lunch in Talladega. Nick was his name and he had the problem diagnosed within 15 mins of being here, showed me the problem, explained the issue and had a new condensation pump with him.
