Rogers came out to fix my thermostat put a new one in and even showed me how to use it and they checked my unit. They did a great job. I’ll give them all thumbs up thank you again.

I’m 110% satisfied with their work. It started with a professional and courteous on-site visit by Mr. Nelson and was followed up by a hardworking experienced crew to do my new install. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice. The team that did the installation worked non-stop to get the unit installed so quick! Afterwards they went over everything to make sure it was perfect. Actually, they went the extra mile to make sure of it. I had a few issues that were preexisting and they didn’t ignore them, they fixed them too even though it wasn’t part of their quoted work scope. We have been dealing with Rogers Refrigeration for several years. Jay Nelson has done exceptional service work on our A/C system. Over the years all of the service technicians that have worked on and serviced our units have been very courteous, knowledgable and provide excellent service.
